What are changeable marquee sign letters?
Plastic, changeable marquee sign letters come in a variety of sizes and
styles. The most common sign letters are theFlat, rigid Wagner Zip Change
and Gemini Pronto letters for roadside readerboards. Dimensional Slotted and
Snap Lokletters are typically for theater marquee signs. Then there’s the
Flexible letter made specifically for portable signs,
Letterboard Tabbies for indoor felt signs and the reverse style Zip Lite
sign letters. “Changeable” means the sign letters are removable and can be
rearranged to spell out a particular message.
Do you carry permanently mounted letters?
Yes, we do. Call us for available letter styles, sizes, mounting methods and
prices!
Does Letter Perfect require a minimum order?
No, just order the items that you need. All Zip and Gemini flat letters,
Dimensional Slotted and Snaplok sign letters are sold individually; however,
we offer discounts on Wagner Zip Change and Gemini Pronto flat letters in
larger quantities. “Flexible” sign letters are sold in pre-assorted sets
only. (A minimum order is required for Letterboard Tabbies only)
Do I need a charge card to place my order?
If you already have an established account with Letter Perfect, simply call,
email, fax or mail or call in your order to our sales department. If your
company is a national fast-food chain, bank, church, school or other
nationally recognized company, call us and we can set your company up with
an account. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx) and prepaid
orders. For prepaid orders, simply call our sales department to get the
order total, including shipping and any applicable sales taxes. To use our

I’m still not sure what size my letters are. Can you help?
Definitely! Get your ruler ready and call our sales department at
1-800-728-0187 from 9am - 6pm EST or make a Xerox copy of your sign letter
and fax it to us: 1-727-530-7834. Please include your name, company name and
complete telephone number on your fax. We can easliy match up your marquee
sign letter’s style and size and help you with
placing an order.
What if I order the wrong thing?
We’ve put as much information on our web site as possible in order to help
you find the correct equipment for your sign.
But, if you have any questions about the marquee letters or readerboard
supplies you need, please
call 1-800-728-0187.
We can help you easily and quickly over the phone. If you order something by
mistake, call us within 24 hrs to receive instructions for returning
product. Returned merchandise MUST be re-packed in the same manner in which
it was delivered (including shrink wrapping opened items, packed with bubble
wrap, etc) and must be returned in its original carton. Only pre-approved
returns will be accepted and any returned merchandise damaged prior to
receipt by Letter Perfect is the customers responsibility.
How soon before I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped out the day they are placed. The average in-transit
time is 2-3 days (add 2-3 days to west coast locations). Should you ever
need your order shipped by special means, just let our sales department know
in advance.
NOTE: We are available to take your call from 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
Monday-Friday. Next Day Air orders must be placed by 11am in order to
receive same day shipping service. Our voice mail (1-800-728-0187) and fax
number (1-727-530-7834) is in operation 24 hours a day.
