What are changeable marquee sign letters?
“Changeable” means the sign letters are removable and can be rearranged to spell out a particular message.  The most common sign letters are “flat” rigid Wagner Zip Change
® and Gemini Pronto letters for outdoor roadside marquee signs and reader boards.   Flat letters are printed onto thick, clear acrylic panels.  Reverse style letters, like the Wagner Zip Lite® and the Gemini Moonglo are another type of “flat” letter, but the letters are clear and the acrylic panels are black.  There are also “formed” (3-D) letters such as Wagner® Dimensional Slotted, Gemini Slotted and Gemini Snap Lok letters, commonly used on theater marquee signs.  Flexible letters for portable signs and Letterboard Tabbies for indoor directory signs are other types of changeable sign letters.

Do you carry permanently mounted letters?
Yes, we do!  Call us for available letter styles, sizes, mounting methods and prices!

Does Letter Perfect require a minimum order?
There are NO minimum orders on items stocked in and shipped from our Letter Perfect warehouse, but some of our manufacturers do require minimum orders on certain items that they might drop ship for us.  Please call us if you need clarification on any potential minimum order requirements.

Do I need a charge card to place my order?
If you already have an established account with Letter Perfect, simply call, email or fax your order to us or submit your order on-line using our convenient shopping cart system.  We have a secure web site, but you do NOT need to provide your credit card on line if you have an account or prefer that we call you for that information instead.  If your company is a national fast-food chain, bank, church, school or other nationally recognized company, call us and we can set your company up with an account.  We do accept Visa, MC and AmEx and prepaid orders by check.  If you’re mailing in a prepaid order, simply call our sales department to get the order total, including shipping and any applicable sales taxes.

Our Terms and Conditions:
For Term Accounts: Invoice terms of payment are “NET 15 days” from date of invoice.  Accounts over 30 days late are subject to a late charge of 20% of invoice amount.  Accounts over 60 days late will incur late charges of 20% of invoice amount and all collection fee charges (an additional 30% of total invoice amount plus all attorney fees and all related court-recorded expenses). For all Prepaid orders (check or charge card) and all orders for any custom-made products, please see instructions and information under “What if I order the wrong thing?”.

What if I order the wrong thing?
We have put as much information on our web site as possible in order to help you find the correct products for your sign.  If you have questions prior to ordering, please call us, 1-800-728-0187.  If you order something by mistake, you must call us within 2 business days of receipt for approval and instructions for returning product.  Returned merchandise MUST be re-packed and shipped in the same manner in which it was delivered (including packaging, bubble wrap, cushioning, etc) and must be returned in its original carton. UNWRAPPED or OPENED items bundled in shrink wrap are not returnable.

Only pre-approved returns with an RMA# will be accepted:  You must notify us for a request to return products for pre-approval and an RMA # within the time frame listed above.  Any returned merchandise damaged during return or prior to receipt by Letter Perfect is the customers responsibility. NOTE: Gemini brand Snap Lok and Gemini brand Slotted A style letters are custom-made and NOT returnable for credit or exchange.  No other custom-made products are returnable for credit, refund or exchange.

How soon before I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, by Ground service.  Most in-transit times are 2-3 days (add 1-3 days to west coast locations).  Should you ever need your order shipped by special means, call our sales department know in advance.  Express service orders must be placed by 11am.
